1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the BCS Aero website and the services we provide, including aircraft and helicopter brokerage, delivery flights and familiarisation flights (together, the "Services"). By using our website, requesting a quotation, or booking a Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Our Services

BCS Aero provides professional aviation services. Descriptions on this website are for general information only and do not constitute a binding offer. Every engagement is confirmed individually in writing, and specific conditions communicated at the time of booking prevail over the general descriptions on this site.

3. Quotations & Bookings

Quotation requests submitted through this website are not bookings. A contract is formed only when we confirm your booking in writing. Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation and may be adjusted before confirmation to reflect changes in routing, fuel, fees, or availability.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quotation or making a booking, including passenger details and, where applicable, aircraft information.

4. Prices & Payment

Unless stated otherwise, prices are quoted per engagement and include the items expressly listed in the quotation. Third-party charges such as airport fees, handling, customs, or de-icing may be passed through at cost where not included. Payment terms are stated on the quotation or invoice.

5. Weather, Safety & Schedule Changes

Safety comes before schedule, without exception. Flights may be delayed, rerouted, or cancelled due to weather, technical requirements, air traffic control, or any circumstance affecting safety. Where a flight cannot be performed, we will propose a new date or, where applicable, a refund in accordance with the conditions of your booking. The pilot in command has final authority over the conduct of every flight.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to follow crew instructions at all times, to arrive at the agreed time with valid identification and any required travel documents, and to refrain from behaviour that could compromise safety. We may refuse carriage to any person whose condition or conduct presents a risk to the flight, without liability beyond the refund conditions of the booking.

7. Our Role as a Broker

BCS Aero acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers of aircraft and helicopters. We are not the seller of the aircraft unless expressly stated in writing, and we do not warrant the condition, airworthiness, records or title of an aircraft offered through us. Buyers are responsible for commissioning their own pre-purchase inspection and legal review before committing to a transaction.

BCS Aero is not an approved training organisation (ATO) and does not provide certified flight instruction, type ratings, licence issuance or examination. Where an experienced pilot accompanies an owner on familiarisation flights, this is informal mentoring between pilots and does not replace training delivered by an approved organisation. It remains the owner's responsibility to hold the licences, ratings and currency required to act as pilot in command of their aircraft.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability arising under international conventions applicable to carriage by air. Subject to the foregoing, BCS Aero is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in connection with a Service is limited to the amount paid for that Service.

9. Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including text, logos, images, and design, belongs to BCS Aero or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date at the top of this page.

12. Governing Law & Contact
