Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 July 2026

1. Who We Are

BCS Aero ("we", "us") is an aircraft and helicopter broker: we buy and sell aircraft on behalf of clients and deliver them worldwide. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2. Data We Collect

Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and company name when you request a quotation or contact us.

Transaction details: aircraft or helicopter type and registration, budget or asking price, location, timing, and any information you include in your message.

Delivery records: where we ferry an aircraft for you, we keep the operational records required for the flight, such as routing, dates and flight times.

Technical data: basic logs generated when you browse this website, such as pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to respond to your requests and prepare valuations or search briefs; to introduce buyers and sellers where you have asked us to; to plan and document delivery flights in compliance with aviation regulations; to manage invoicing and our business records; and to improve this website. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Legal Bases

We process your data where it is necessary to perform a contract with you or to take steps before entering one (quotations, bookings); where we have a legal obligation, including aviation and tax record-keeping; and where we have a legitimate interest, such as securing our website and communicating with business contacts.

5. Sharing

We share data only where necessary to deliver the Services: with aviation authorities, airports, and handling agents where required for a flight; with insurers where required for coverage; and with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, such as hosting and email providers. We never share your data for marketing purposes.

6. International Transfers

Flights may cross borders, and some operational data may need to be shared with authorities or partners in other countries. Where data leaves its region of origin, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized by applicable data protection law.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Operational and training records are retained for the periods required by aviation, tax, and commercial law; quotation requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted after a reasonable follow-up period.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@bcsaero.com.

9. Cookies

This website uses only the technical cookies necessary for it to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

10. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss, and we limit access to those who need it to deliver the Services.

11. Changes & Contact

We may update this Policy from time to time; the current version is always available on this page with its date of last update. For any privacy question or request, write to info@bcsaero.com.
